CEO, Childhood Development Initiative, Marian Quinn and Minister for Justice and Equality, Tánaiste Frances Fitzgerald and Governor, Cork Prison, Pat Dawson were at the launch of a report on Family Links, a tailored parenting programme which worked with prisoners to improve relationships with their partners and children. Improved family relationships are known to reduce re-offending and generational offending. The report was launched today by the Minister for Justice and Equality, Tánaiste Frances Fitzgerald. ***NO FEE**
