Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation
This course will walk you through two planning processes – the Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Plan and the Implementation Plan – building directly on your Logic Model (or equivalent results framework). You will cover the key concepts and benefits of detailed planning and M&E, and navigate the language of M&E. Our experienced facilitator will guide you through the practical steps, including identifying indicators, data sources and targets against your Logic Model.
The course is part of CDI’s QSBO training series.
What will I learn in CDI’s Planning, Monitoring & Evaluation course?
At the end of the Planning, Monitoring & Evaluation course, you will:
- Know about: Tools used in effective planning and monitoring
- Understand: The importance of using data in all aspects of your work
- Be able to: Develop and implement: i) a Monitoring and Evaluation Plan ii) an Implementation Plan.
Who is it for?
This course is designed for individuals and services that work with children and families, that have previous experience with Logic Modelling, Results Frameworks or equivalent frameworks, or have completed the CDI QSBO course in Logic Modelling.
